Since 1982 I have supported so many wonderful people on their journey to better health & fitness.

We are all on a different journey and living different lives so it’s important that I tailor everything I teach to suit each individual or group I work with.

Pregnancy, the postnatal journey and menopause can lead to changes in pelvic floor health but we can experience challenges and changes at any stage. 

There is no reason to live with these challenges when there is so much we can do to help ourselves improve any issues that we may have. We should all be ensuring that our pelvic floor muscles are fit for life whatever stage we are at.

As well as running my own studios my work has taken me in many directions over the years

• I volunteer with local sports clubs and at local events

• I work with businesses to help improve their staff’s wellness

• I present at corporate events, sharing my knowledge and bringing fun and motivation to their audiences

• I present at Fitness and Pilates events and retreats

• I have my own online exercise library providing hundreds of sessions that can be done anywhere in the world

• I am the author and creator of The Years of Change, a program dedicated to women during their Menopause years

• I am a Master Trainer for PureStretch and train and mentor other teachers and help them with their professional development
